These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Find My Phone By Clapping, including the mobile application, launcher features, and related services ("Application"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. Our Services

Find My Phone By Clapping is a launcher utility app designed to help users locate their nearby phone using clap detection. When enabled, the app may listen for clap sounds and trigger alerts such as sound, vibration, or flash to help the user find the device.

The Application works best when the phone is nearby and the environment is not extremely noisy. Detection performance may vary depending on device hardware, background noise, permissions, and system settings.

3. User Registration

You may be required to register or provide account-related information to access certain features. If registration is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Representations

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that: any information you provide is accurate and current; you have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms; you will not use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes; and your use of the Application will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Mobile Application License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from your use of the Application or related to these Terms should first be addressed by contacting us. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled according to applicable dispute resolution rules and laws in the relevant jurisdiction.

If you submit reviews, feedback, or suggestions, you agree that your contribution will be truthful, based on your own experience, and free from offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful content. We may remove or disregard feedback that violates these guidelines where permitted.

All software, branding, design elements, interfaces, text, graphics, and related materials included in the Application are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Application in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

14. Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that clap detection will work in every environment or on every device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Application.

16. Launchers and Uninstallation Instructions

Because the Application may include launcher functionality, it may change the layout, icons, widgets, or arrangement of your home screen after installation or after being set as the default launcher. Your apps remain available on your device and may appear in the app drawer or in different locations.

If you want to return to your previous home screen experience, you may switch your default launcher in your device settings or uninstall the Application using the standard Android uninstall process. We cannot uninstall the launcher or manage subscription details on your behalf.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
